An Extraordinary Dining Experience
The Silent Sea was created with a simple vision: bring people together through exceptional food, music, and atmosphere. More than a restaurant, it is a destination where friends gather, celebrations come alive, and every visit feels like an occasion worth remembering.
It's owned by Kenny and Emil Cobic. Emil, a longtime boater, spent years pulling into City Island's marinas before he ever thought about opening a restaurant there — when he finally did, they set out to bring something with a little more polish to the block: real Greek hospitality, modern Mediterranean flavor, and a room designed down to the velvet seats and the water views. "It's my design," Emil says of the space, and that hands-on approach carries through every detail, from the plating to the lighting.
